Practice Manager

Manan Gandhi is a Practice Manager, working in close collaboration with Hardik Shah. With over 25 years of experience, Manan brings expertise in corporate finance, accounting, regulatory compliance, change management, and organizational leadership.

Throughout his career, Manan has consistently driven strategic initiatives that have improved financial performance and operational efficiency. His involvement has been instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams through complex transformations, earning him a reputation for reliability, clarity, and result-oriented thinking. His steady leadership and breadth of experience make him a valuable asset as the practice continues to expand and adapt to new challenges.

Education

Manan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance, along with a Cost and Management Accounting Certification from India. He is also a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) through CIMA (UK).

Community

Deeply committed to social responsibility, Manan has been a regular blood donor for over 20 years. He has also played a key role in organizing and managing awareness events on the importance of blood donation for the past two decades.

Personal

Manan is married to his college sweetheart, Kruti, and together they have two children, Shaivi and Rohan. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, long walks, hiking, reading, and traveling.
