Rob has spent his career doing what he enjoys most: connecting with people, building relationships, and helping organizations and communities grow. Before joining Diamond State Financial Group, Rob held a variety of executive leadership positions, including president, vice president, and director-level roles with educational institutions throughout the region.

At DSFG, Rob brings that same relationship-focused approach to helping individuals, families, businesses, and professional partners make connections and think proactively about the future. He believes thoughtful planning today can help create financial security, business continuity, and a lasting impact for generations to come.

Education and Experience

Along the way, Rob has been recognized as a Delaware Business Times 40 Under 40 honoree and received Wilmington University’s Distinguished Alumni Award. And because he believes there is always something new to learn, he is currently pursuing his doctorate degree.

Community

Rob is especially passionate about bringing people together and creating relationships that have a meaningful, long-term impact. That passion carries over into his community involvement. He founded the Muscle Movement Foundation (MMF) to support individuals and families affected by neuromuscular disease and has been involved in healthcare advocacy efforts at Delaware’s Legislative Hall. He also continues to share his experiences as a keynote speaker.
