Andrew Baker is a Senior Partner and Financial Advisor at Diamond State Financial Group. He works closely with individuals and families preparing for and entering retirement, as it pertains to retirement income strategies, as well as medical professionals, business owners, and individuals in the construction industry. In all cases, Andrew finds unique ways to help meet his client’s individual needs. He believes implementing a sound financial strategy is the key to helping clients work toward their desired savings and retirement goals.
Education
Andrew graduated from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics. Andrew holds his Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and Life and Health Insurance licenses. He has also earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation, and Retirement Income Certified Professional designation (RICP®). Andrew is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Cetera Advisor Networks LLC.
Community
Andrew is an active member of the Delaware Contractors Association, the Associated Builders & Contractors and a member of St. John the Beloved’s Finance Council. He is also a proud Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, Epsilon Chapter member.
Personal
Andrew was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, and still resides there today with his wife, Dianna and Goldendoodle, Duke. In his spare time, he enjoys athletics, spending time with his family and friends and golfing at Fieldstone Golf Club. He’s also a Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.
