Christopher Burgos is a highly experienced Wealth Manager dedicated to working alongside his clients to help them reach their financial goals. As President & CEO of Diamond State Financial Group (DSFG), Christopher has led DSFG to be one of the top comprehensive services firms in the in the area and under his leadership, the Firm has grown to the largest Wealth Management Firm in Delaware based on the number of employees**.
During his time at DSFG, he has helped establish specialty divisions for Medical and Legal Professionals and Business Owners offering customized strategies. He is a contributing author in the book Real Life Financial Planning for Physicians and was instrumental in helping establish a multiple employer 401k plan for medical society members. His designations include the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Certified Funds Specialist (CFS).

Christopher is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a dual Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management and a minor in Economics. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and The Society of Financial Service Professionals (Delaware Chapter). Christopher has earned his Life, Health and Ethics licenses and Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations.
Community
Chris and his neighbor Dr. Bianchi are the founders of Pong for a Cure and have helped raise over $200k+ for local Breast Cancer Charities.
Personal
Chris resides in Hockessin with his wife, Tammy, and his children, Michael, Julia and Matthew. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and coaching.
