David is an Associate Partner and Wealth Manager at Diamond State Financial Group (DSFG). Since joining DSFG in 2015, David has worked primarily with clients approaching retirement and business owners, helping them financially plan and secure their futures. David is an engaging teacher who leads popular retirement planning classes at local colleges in West Chester, Downingtown, and Wilmington at least twice a year. His commitment to building long-term relationships with his clients creates a solid foundation for today and a clear strategy for the future.

Education and Experience
David is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. He also holds his Life and Health insurance licenses, and Series 7, and 66 registrations. He also obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC), Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP) and Certified Business Exit Consultant® (CBEC) designations. David graduated from Vanderbilt University, majoring in both Economics and English. He went on to obtain a Master of Divinity at Westminster Theological Seminary. He then served in pastoral ministry, leading two congregations in southeastern Pennsylvania for over 25 years while also pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Princeton Theological Seminary.
Community
David invests in his community as a volunteer with the special-needs ministry of his church. He also preaches monthly in a local congregation.
Personal
A native Floridian, David has lived in southeastern Pennsylvania since 1989. He has been married to Cindy for over 30 years, and they have three sons together. Caleb went to Belmont University in Nashville, TN, and works as a recruiter in Chester County. Daniel has a degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling at Cairn University. Andrew recently graduated from West Chester University and is serving in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. When he’s not working, you will find David bicycling in Chester County farm country or scuba diving in the Caribbean.
