Michael is a Senior Associate and Wealth Manager at Diamond State Financial Group, where he assists with leading the firm’s Legal Professionals Division, specializing in working with attorneys and their families throughout all stages of their careers and lives. In addition to his work with attorneys, Michael’s practice focuses on helping high net worth (HNW) individuals, ultra-high net worth (UHNW) individuals, and high-income earning households navigate the complexities of wealth accumulation, preservation, and transition. He is particularly skilled at assisting pre- and early retirees in preparing for, and enjoying, their financial independence in retirement.
Michael works closely with clients to implement comprehensive, customized financial strategies that simplify their lives, maximize their financial potential, and meet their unique goals. He tailors his approach to address the specific needs of those with significant wealth, ensuring that strategies are sustainable and aligned with long-term aspirations. Michael knows the importance of truly understanding each client’s individual goals, dreams, and concerns before designing a financial plan, recognizing that the journey to wealth management is as personal as it is complex.
Education
Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He holds Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Additionally, Michael has earned and maintains the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant™ (ChFC®) designations. He is also a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC.

He is active with several local charities, including serving on the Board of Trustees for the Muscle Movement Foundation.
Personal
Michael lives in Wilmington, Delaware with his wife Megan and their dog Kona. Outside of the office, you can find him on the golf course, watching college football, or cheering for the Philly sports teams and his beloved South Carolina Gamecocks.
