Raymond F. Bree, Jr.

Founder

Raymond F. Bree, Jr. founded Diamond State Financial Group in 1989 and retired from the firm in 2024. He spent his career assisting business owners and professionals with their estate, investment strategies, and financial planning.

Education and Experience

Ray received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. He had his Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations and had received the industry designations for Financial Planning (ChFC®) and Risk Management (CLU).

Community

Ray was a longtime member of Vistage International, an executive leadership organization that provides unparalleled access to new ideas and fresh thinking to keep their companies moving forward. He served on the University of Delaware FINANCIAL PLANNING Advisory Board and is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Western Family YMCA.

Personal

In retirement, he is enjoying golfing and trail biking. Ray and his wife, Denise, currently divide their time between Hockessin and Rehoboth Beach where he is a member of Kings Creek Country Club.
