NEWARK, Del., August 15, 2024 – Diamond State Financial Group (DSFG) has named James Baker, CFP® as a Field Director.
President & CEO Christopher Burgos CFP®, ChFC®, CFS, AIF® is excited to grow the leadership of DSFG. ” James brings years of experience as a business owner, exemplary professionalism and strong mentorship as a Field Director,” said Burgos. “He will be responsible for helping recruit, train, and develop advisors in the early stages of their career. Witnessing his dedication and commitment to his own practice, I know James will pass that knowledge and expertise on to our up-and-coming advisors.”
As a new member of the Firm’s management team, beyond recruiting and training, James will also continue to focus his attention on working with business owners, medical professionals, and pre-retirees within the community.
